We will go over the questionnaire and anymore details that are needed before I come up with an overall 'Annual/Monthly' training plan
After we are done, I will send out another Calendly link to schedule our Training Plan Review
3 - Training Plan Needs Analysis (this is Free for you)

We will discuss your proposed annual training plan complete with any goals or races that you would like to do.
We will look at this annual plan by monthly & weekly volume, beginning with where you are now, all the way through to the end of the plan.
We will talk about your different training sessions (sports), distance/duration and the number of sessions per week.
We can talk through any other questions that you have.
4 - COMMIT TO THE PLAN!
If you are ready to commit to this plan, we will get your payment ready so that you can get going. This will be sent out via Quickbooks. This personal coaching plan will run $250/month.
Plan Access & Workout Logging
Your custom training plan will be created anywhere from one to three months in advance depending on your goals.
Ideally you will be logging into the online platform to access your plan.
You will have access to many articles detailing terms and workouts for further explanation.
You will also have the option to have your workouts emailed the day before.
It is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to log your workouts on this platform so that I can run reports and parse data. I will be reviewing your training weekly and monthly and this data is key so that the plan stays relevant and we have the data to adjust if needed based on changing goals, time commitments, sickness or injury.
If you currently log your workouts on another website and don't want to switch, as long as I have access to view your data, we can make it work.
Plan Includes Weekly Meetings
At the end of a week, before the next weeks starts, we will meet to go over your last week's training and to go over the next week's training and I will answer any questions that you have.
If you had any missed workouts in the prior week, this is where we will discuss if we need to modify the upcoming weeks' plan
This meeting will be via Zoom (possibly in person pending schedules and location) and last anywhere from 15-30min.
Plan Includes Monthly Review Meetings
Each month we will meet to go over your last month's training to see how you are doing as you will most likely have a full Build+Recovery cycle completed every month.
We will evaluate the quality of your workouts, your recovery, diet and nutrition. We will go over how your planned training stacked up against your actual training and if we have to adjust your plan. We will address any issues that you may have. If your goals may have significantly changed, this is a great time to do a full re-boot of your training plan.
This meeting will be via Zoom (ideally in person pending schedules and location) and last anywhere from 30-60min.
